Impressively, in the third edition of the chronological illustrated book "Fascination Heidelberg - Stations of a Time Journey", Heidelberg shows that there is much more to it than the ruins of the castle and the Old Bridge. In 28 chapters and over 120 pages Heidelberg is described by yesterday and today in a completely new and unequaled experience. With the aid of slides, today and then, with the current photos and historical illustrations overlaid, are presented. In addition, content is cross-medially linked via integrated QR codes and enriched with videos, such as a greeting by Lord Mayor Prof. Dr. med. Eckhart Würzner or a tour of the Bahnstadt district. The book was awarded the IF Communication Design Award in 2008 for its exceptional presentation and design.
